Ring Sizing

All Sorella rings are sized in US ring sizes. For a conversion from UK to US ring sizing, see below.

We can create any of our rings in sizes 4 through 18, in whole, half, and quarter sizes. To make the ring size drop down menu manageable on order pages, we only list whole and half sizes from 4-18. For quarter sizes, just add a note in the Order Comments section on the check out page for the exact size you are ordering (i.e. Size 5 1/4).
 
With personalized rings it's particularly important to make sure you order the correct ring size. As most rings will contain personalization around the entire circumference of the band, it is often very difficult to resize a ring without distorting the personalization.
 
Ring SizersWe strongly encourage you to have your finger professionally sized by a jeweler prior to ordering. All professional jewelers have standardized sets of rings expressly for the purpose of sizing and are more than happy to allow shoppers to use them to determine their ring size. 

They’ll often have these ring sets available in different band widths. While ring sizes are standardized (unlike women’s clothing sizes!), different widths can feel differently on your hand. The ideal is to use a ring sizing set in the same width as the ring you’re interested in purchasing.

You can also bring a ring with you to be sized if you are hoping to surprise someone with a gift that is the perfect fit. The jeweler will use a ring mandrel (see photo) to determine the size of the ring. 

To determine a good estimate of your ring size, you can download our Ring Sizer. Pay particular attention to the printing instructions to ensure the sizer is printed at the "true" size. "Method B - Measure Current Ring," is our preferred method. Make sure you're matching the INSIDE size of the ring to the circles provided.
 
For our friends in the United Kingdom, below is an approximate conversion of UK ring sizes to US ring sizes. Once again, we recommend that you have your ring professionally sized by a jeweler prior to ordering.
